Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Elizabeth graduated from Robert E.Lee High School. She continued her education attending The University of Alabama. She received her BA from The University of North Florida. She is married to Richard and they have three boys, Hunter, Chase and Luke. The O'Steens are members of Ortega United Methodist Church. Elizabeth enjoys walking, gardening, and attending bible studies.

Susan Donnell, GRI Realtor®

Born in Augusta, Georgia, Susan graduated from Georgia Southern University, and has lived in the Ortega area of Jacksonville with her husband Mike, a Landscape Architect, for 30 years. They have two wonderful daughters (and two great sons-in-law!), and were recently blessed with their second precious granddaughter. They are members of Ortega United Methodist Church, and enjoy spending time in their yard gardening or on the river fishing.
